Réglage de hauteur et suivi

Chaque ligne est la conclusion — ou l'action qui l'a réglée — d'une intervention réelle. Quand la note vient d'un compte rendu chinois, l'original est conservé dessous.

  • The pierce heights at every stage are correct, which points at the datum capacitance the height controller captured — that is what makes the following height wrong.
  • The F following indicator only appears after following for a while. That points to an unstable height controller producing the following pauses.
  • Switching following on and off repeatedly, the Z coordinate keeps decreasing — the datum is drifting.
  • A DIF value below 30 means the jitter is not interference on the capacitive sensor. Re-calibrate the height controller: make sure there is a sheet under the head, press Follow on the controller and watch whether the head jitters.
  • On the height controller press F1 to enter calibration, then press 2 and follow the prompts to redo the floating-head calibration. This rebuilds the mapping between nozzle capacitance and distance from the sheet.
  • Press F1 on the height controller and follow the on-screen prompts to redo the floating-head calibration.
  • If the calculated value is negative, enter it as the parking coordinate in the height controller — negative on a bus system, positive on a non-bus system.
  • A datum capacitance increase under 1000 can be absorbed automatically by the height controller's real-time calibration, which compensates thermal drift.
  • A datum capacitance decrease under 1000 is the same thermal-drift case — let the real-time calibration compensate it.
  • If the Z travel in the height controller is configured correctly, open the platform configuration tool and check whether a separate Z travel has been enabled for high and low tables.
  • Jog the head down and hold it about 3 mm above the sheet, then watch the DIF reading.
  • A DIF value above 30 proves there is electromagnetic interference in the system. Power down the XY servos, the compressor, the VFD and the other heavy consumers, then re-check whether DIF falls below 30.
  • Above 30, go straight to the machine's earthing rather than the sensor.
  • Watch DIF for about 10 seconds and judge the maximum value, not the average — spikes are what trip the alarm.
  • Close the shutter and simulate a cut with the gas on, watching whether the head jitters. That separates a gas/mechanical cause from a beam cause.
  • If the head does not jitter with gas on, the motion and gas sides are clean and the fault is on the beam side.
  • If the head does jitter with gas on, the sensing head may be damaged or badly seated — refit it or replace the affected part.
  • That pattern points to poor contact in the sensing head — replace the sensing head and retest.
  • Poor contact in the ceramic body — replace it and retest before touching parameters.
  • An RF cable problem — replace the cable and retest.
  • Also check that the RF cable is the original one from the controller vendor; third-party cables are a recurring cause here.
  • If the capacitance changes by less than 100 when gas is switched on and off, gas is not what is triggering the alarm.
  • A datum capacitance alarm at the very start of a job: check whether the sheet is film-covered.
  • An alarm that only appears after cutting for a while is probably thermal drift — diagnose it from the size of the capacitance change.
